STAFF RATIOS

Forever Young has one of the lowest staff to child ratios in the area.

Licensing regulations require that the ratio at the Infant site be one staff member to every four infants. At Forever Young, our ratio is usuallly one staff member to every three infants.

Preschool licensing calls for one staff member for every 12 children. Our ratio is usually one staff for every eight children.

These lower staff ratios allow staff to be more responsive to individual children's needs. It also makes it possible for children at Forever Young to become toilet-taught at their own pace.
